Scope of License

1. You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. This license may extend to other accounts associated with you via Family Library sharing or volume purchasing.
2. This license also governs any updates of the Application provided by the Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new license will govern.
3. You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works from, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, or any part thereof.
4. Violations of the obligations mentioned above, as well as the attempt of such infringement, may be subject to prosecution and damages.
5. The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing at any time.

Use of Data

You acknowledge that the Licensor will be able to access and adjust your downloaded Licensed Application content and your personal information, and that the Licensor's use of such material and information is subject to your legal agreements with the Licensor and the Licensor's privacy policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate and improve the Application. This may include anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, and advertising identifiers where applicable. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Device Permissions & Personal Data

1. Depending on the particular device of the user, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the user's device data as described below.
2. Notifications. The Application may request permission to send push notifications for game updates, daily challenges, and personalized content. You may opt out at any time through your device settings.
3. Advertising ID. The Application may access your Android Advertising ID (AAID) to serve interest-based advertisements through third-party ad networks. You may opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting your device's Google settings under Ads.
4. Opting out of ads. Users may also opt out of certain advertising features through applicable device settings, such as the device advertising settings for mobile phones or ads settings in general.
5. Internet access. The Application requires internet access to load advertisements, submit scores, and sync data.
6. System logs and maintenance. For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with the Application (System Logs) and use other personal data (such as the IP address) for this purpose.

Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate third-party SDKs and services including but not limited to Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Services. These services are subject to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

1. Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may collect device and usage information for ad targeting.
2. Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the Application.
3. Google Play Services — provides core Android functionality including authentication and licensing verification.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. You have the right to:

1. Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
2. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
3. Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
4. Object to or restrict processing of your personal data.
5. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
